Out-of-State MSU World Class Teaching Program Application

The MSU World Class Teaching Program (WCTP) is designed to recruit and mentor teachers seeking advanced certification through the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) process. Candidates must have (a) a bachelor's degree or higher, (b) three full years teaching experience, and (c) a valid teaching/counseling license for the three years of teaching experience.
